Delivery coverage & charges
Based in Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland, serving eligible postcodes around Bangor and North Down. Delivery and collection are included within our service area. Online delivery checks apply a 10-mile radius from our private operating base and exclude Belfast and BT1–BT17. The boundary is checked by postcode; a town name alone does not guarantee coverage.
No delivery surcharge is added to an eligible online booking. Outside the service area, ask us before making plans; availability and any proposed charge must be agreed with you. We do not promise delivery outside our current area.

Access & arrival
Tell us about steps, narrow gates, parking and any access restrictions. Clear the route and setup area before delivery. Gate clearance and the equipment route must be confirmed for your site.
Water & electricity
Provide access to water and a suitable electrical supply. We confirm the exact socket, safe supply location, water connection and hose arrangements for the equipment supplied. Do not use an unsuitable supply or extension lead.
During your hire
You need permission to use the site. Follow the supplied safety, water-care and last-use instructions, supervise children continuously, and keep access clear for collection. Stop use and contact us if the equipment, water or weather becomes unsafe.
PLAN YOUR TIME
Delivery, bathing & collection
Delivery day is for filling and heating. First use depends on the water reaching the correct temperature.
Midweek · Monday–Thursday
Monday: delivery, setup, filling and heating. Intended bathing: Tuesday and Wednesday, once the water is ready. Thursday: collection at a time agreed with you; final use depends on that arrangement.
Weekend · Thursday–Monday
Thursday: delivery, setup, filling and heating. Intended bathing: Friday to Sunday, once the water is ready. Monday: collection from 5:00pm; final use and shutdown follow your agreed collection instructions.
Payment, cancellations & adverse weather
Online booking takes the full hire price upfront through Stripe. No separate booking deposit is collected in the online checkout. An enquiry takes no payment and does not reserve equipment.
If we cancel the whole hire before delivery because it cannot go ahead safely, the approved policy offers an available alternative date or a full refund. Customer cancellation charges, where applicable, are limited to reasonable, evidenced direct net loss.
